基于双线性连接模型的超静定捆绑火箭助推器动力学响应分析

对于长径比较高的助推器来说,为了提高与芯级的连接可靠性,可采用超静定捆绑连接方式。这种捆绑连接方式增加了助推器动力学响应分析的难度。以超静定捆绑火箭助推器为研究对象,通过引入拉压双线性弹簧模拟捆绑连接装置,建立合理的动力学分析模型,对系统进行数值求解,获得径向冲击作用下助推器的动力学响应特性。通过与静定捆绑模型的对比,获得超静定捆绑助推器的广义位移、频谱和内力的响应,从而为工程应用提供一定的参考和理论支撑。     

A Bayesian analysis on the effect of multiple supply options in a quick response environment

In the apparel industry, vendors often suffer from high mismatches in supply and demand. To cope with this problem, they procure the same style product from different suppliers with different manufacturing costs. Especially in the quick response environment, which allows vendors to monitor trends in customer demand and search for available suppliers through the electronic market, they have additional opportunities to improve their decision‐making. In this paper, we propose an analytical profit maximization model and develop efficient decision tools to help both the middle and lower level managers pursuing this strategy. Furthermore, we have shown how significantly the vendors' potential competitive edge can be improved by exploiting multiple supply options, even at the expense of high premium procurement costs for late orders. The effect is critical, especially in a highly competitive market, and it has important implications for the top managers. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics, 2003

对在挫折情境下军人不良的心理状态，应分析不良的心理表现，并给出应对策略。在心理学的视角下，从正确认识挫折、寻求社会支持、提高适应能力和军人情商的途径四个方面，对挫折情境下军人不良心理表现提出四点启示。     

战术数据链网络设计优化方法

网络设计优化问题直接关系到战术数据链系统效能的发挥。在分析数据链系统中不同消息类别有不同系统响应时间要求的基础上,提出了一种新的网络设计优化方法。通过建立模型讨论了单个数据链轮询网络的轮询周期、网络成员容量、每个轮询周期内各成员的点名次数等因素间的数学关系。并以Link-11为例进行分析计算。结果表明,该分析方法有效可行,为解决战术数据链网络设计及优化问题提供了一种思路。     

Warning whom,for which response?

In June 2000, the Conference of Heads of State and Government of the Economic Community of Central African States (ECCAS) adopted the Protocol on the establishment of the Peace and Security Council for Central Africa (COPAX), with its two technical structures, namely the Central African Multinational Force (FOMAC) and the Central African Early Warning Mechanism (MARAC). MARAC is tasked with collecting and analysing data for the early detection and prevention of conflicts and crises. It currently consists of the Central Structure located at the ECCAS Executive Secretariat in Libreville (Gabon) and 31 Decentralised Correspondents spread throughout the ten member states of ECCAS. This article assesses the performance of MARAC in the light of its assigned objectives. Bearing in mind the peace and security challenges facing the central African sub-region, the central argument of this article is that while the establishment of MARAC is commendable, it flowed more from the logic and context of the establishment of similar mechanisms on the African continent during the same period than from any displayed capacity and/or readiness on the part of ECCAS to implement the recommendations due to emanate from such a structure.     

油料洞库主罐室地震作用破坏机理

油料洞库担负着我国未来石油储备的重要任务,为深入研究油料洞库在地震作用下的响应规律,运用FLAC3D软件,采用动力时程法对油料洞库的简化模型进行数值模拟分析。从不同围岩级别、不同埋深、不同地震烈度3个方面分析地震作用时水平峰值位移和最大拉应力峰值的变化规律。结果表明：随着围岩级别从Ⅲ级到Ⅰ级的变化以及埋深的增加,油料洞库的抗震性能逐渐提高;无论何种工况,最大拉应力峰值均发生在主罐室与支通道交接的墙角处;9度地震时各监测点水平峰值位移大幅增加,塑性区已经贯通,故在油料洞库选址时应尽可能避开可能发生9度及以上地震的地区。     

现场处置突发事件警察应急能力建设研究——以蚌埠少女被刺事件为缘起

安徽蚌埠少女被刺事件引起社会广泛关注,从中折射出部分警察现场处置突发事件应急能力的不足.以该事件为缘起,在探讨突发事件和警察应急能力内涵的基础上,重点分析现场处置突发事件警察应急能力的构成要素和影响因素,并提出加强应急能力建设的相关对策.     

三维介质体的时域散射分析

用时间递推(marching-on in-time,MOT)方法求解了电磁场时域耦合积分方程,计算了均匀介质体的表面等效电流和表面等效磁流,得到时域散射远场并给出了详细推导过程。举例比较了将时域散射用Fourier变化后在频域的RCS和频域直接求得的RCS,以说明该算法的正确性。     

瞬态高强加热条件下含湿多孔介质传热传质模型研究

提出了瞬态高强加热下含湿多孔介质传热传质的新模型,模型包括的水分种类齐全、水分迁移机制全面,假设条件相对较少,考虑了非Fourier传热效应和非Fick传质效应。新模型通过具体的分区分析得到简化并更加实用。     

Efficient generation of cycle time‐throughput curves through simulation and metamodeling

A cycle time‐throughput (CT‐TH) curve, which quantifies the relationship of long‐run average cycle time to throughput rate, plays an important role in strategic planning for manufacturing systems. In this paper, a nonlinear regression metamodel supported by queueing theory is developed to represent the underlying CT‐TH curve implied by a manufacturing simulation model. To estimate the model efficiently, simulation experiments are built up sequentially using a multistage procedure. Extensive numerical experiments are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed procedure. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics, 2007
